The Tall Girl Guide #2 | Dresses Over Jeans

I love styling regular pieces in unconventional ways. Since, I am 5’11’’ being creative with my stye is a necessity. My go-to “tall girl trick” is turning dresses into tops. This gorgeous airy dress from Zaful fit me perfectly. I'm also thinking of getting one of their blue striped dresses. I would wear this dress by the pool or on the beach but it was a little too short for an everyday-running-errands-kind-of-look. I am a very active and bubbly person. I can’t stay still for long. Since, this dress is very loose and airy the tiniest gush of wind can easily result in an extremely embarrassing moment. So, I switched this dress to a top thanks to this vintage looking belt also from Zaful. When I ordered this dress, I knew I wanted to style it with a belt. I love how by adding one accessory I was able to create a completely different outfit. This dress also came with straps, which I tucked inside the dress to fully make it an off-shoulder top.

I hope this post helps my fellow tall girls out there. I know the struggle is real. Sometimes the only solution is to get creative. Let me know what you ladies think of turning your dresses to tops. Wishlist | A-Line Maxi Dresses, String Bikinis & Crochet Bikinis

It’s that time of year! Summer is around the corner and I’m looking to add some new pieces to my closet. Mostly bikinis and maxi dresses. I am really considering getting a crochet bikini like these ones. What do you think? Above are my picks from Rosegal. An online fashion website with very affordable pieces. Their pieces like most Asian wholesale websites can be a hit or miss. Although, I love how cheap their pieces are, which means I can buy something trendy without having to splurge. Especially, if an item turns out not to fit the right way or looks different from the website. Let me know what you are adding to your wardrobe this season? Like I said I've been looking for more swimwear and dresses. I trying to add more color to my style and I think dresses are the perfect way to do that.

Millennial Pink, The Color Of The Season

I know you have all seen this color everywhere. Some know it as soft pink, baby pink, blush pink but this season it has been given the name of millennial pink. Why? I do not know. Maybe a lot of late 80s and early 90s babies have been wearing this shade of pink? This color has been seen on every runway from Chanel to Valentino. I never knew a single color could be a trend but according to every fashion magazine, millennial pink is the color of the season. As you can see from my blouse and shoes, I am loving it! What do you guys think of this trend? It's one of those things were you either love it or hate it.
